कांग्रेस के प्रवक्ता एवं पूर्व मंत्री रणदीप सुरजेवाला और उनके चचेरे भाई सुदीप सुरजेवाला को जान से मारने की धमकी मिली है। व्यक्ति ने खुद को यूपी के मुख्तार अंसारी, राजा भईया और पप्पू यादव के गैंग का सदस्य बताया। साथ ही खुद को उत्तर प्रदेश का गैंगस्टर बताया। उसने रणदीप सुरजेवाला को गोली मारने की धमकी दी।
दरअसल एक व्यक्ति ने रणदीप सुरजेवाला के पंचकूला में सेक्टर-6 स्थित आवास के लैंडलाइन नंबर पर एक ही दिन में अलग-अलग समय पर तीन बार कॉल करके धमकी दी। व्यक्ति ने बताया कि रणदीप सुरजेवाला और उनके भाई की लोकेशन सहित उनकी गाड़ियों व अन्य गतिविधियों की उसे पूरी जानकारी है।
गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले भी रणदीप सुरजेवाला को गैंगस्टर सुरेंद्र ग्योंग और उसके भाई से धमकियां मिलती रही हैं। इस कारण रणदीप सुरजेवाला ने पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका दायर करके सुरक्षा मांगी थी। पंजाब एवं हरियाणा उच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों पर रणदीप सुरजेवाला को वाई कैटेगरी की सेंट्रल एजेंसी (दिल्ली पुलिस) की सिक्योरिटी दी गई थी।
रणदीप सुरजेवाला की गैंगस्टर से धमकी मिलने की शिकायत पर सेक्टर 5 थाना पुलिस ने अज्ञात आरोपी के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर लिया है। पुलिस आरोपी की पहचान लगाने में जुटी है, लेकिन अभी तक कोई सूराग हाथ नहीं लगा है।

नकल लेख इस प्रकार से है कि एक शिकायत सख्या न0 13235062072000066 दिंनाक 01.04.2020 अजाने रणदीप सुरजेवाला इस प्रकार से हैः- I am presently residing at House no. 495, Sector 6, Panchkula and today at about 9.50 am my neighbor, Mr. R.Kartikeya, who had come to my house to help me with some legal proposition, attended a phone call on my landline No. 0172-2580495, as I was busy on video conferencing. The call was made from mobile No. 9896599934 and the caller identified himself to be a member of the gang headed by Muktar Ansari, Raja Bhaiya and Papu Yadav and claimed to be a gangster from Uttar Pradesh. He threatened to eliminate my cousin brother Sudeep Surjewala and me and disconnected the call. A minute later he again called from the same number and said that he was aware of my location at Panchkula and had complete details of movement, vehicles and residential addresses of my brother as well as mine and he would shoot my brother Sudeep Surjewala and thereafter he would eliminate me. Thereafter, again at about 10.15 AM, I received another call from the same number, and the caller again extended the same threat and identified himself as Agrim and threatened to eliminate my cousin brother and me. I may apprise you that earlier also had received such threatening calls/letters on behalf of Surinder Geong and thereafter on behalf of his brother. Accordingly, I approached the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana by filing CWP No.13266 of 2016 and the Hon’ble l High Court was pleased to grant me ‘Y’ category security through a central agency i.e Delhi Police. This is submitted for your information and appropriate action. अज थानाः- उपरोक्त शिकायत थाना मे आनलाईन cctns के माध्यम से प्राप्त होने पर शिकायत की तसदीक अमल मे लाई गई दौराने तसदीक हालात शिकायत से जुर्म धारा 506 भा0द0स0 का घटित होना पाया जाने पर अभियोग नम्बर 241 दिनांक 09.04.2020 धारा 506 भा0द0स0 थाना सै0 5 पचंकुला दर्ज रजिस्टर किया जाकर पुलिस फाईल मय असल परिवाद आगामी अनुसधान हेतु बजरिया डाक ईन्चार्ज पुलिस चौकी सैक्टर 7 पचंकुला के पास भेजी जा रही है। हालात बारे प्रबन्धक थाना को अवगत कराया गया। FIR की प्रतियां तैयार करके अफसरानबाला की सेवा मे बजरिया डाक भेजी जा रह है। रिकार्ड की पुर्ति विधिनुसार की गई।
